Position Summary: Account Manager (Subsurface Technologies) - Bay AreaWe are currently seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our Subsurface Technologies team in the Bay Area. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in consulting and selling equipment and supplies, including Radiodetection, Pearpoint equipment, magnetic locators , laser levels, and survey/construction consumables. Your primary objective will be to ensure the growth and success of our customers by providing them with tailored solutions and exceptional service.
Responsibilities:Conduct face-to-face client meetings, perform site demonstrations, and perform outbound sales activities within the assigned territory.Research and understand customer needs, making appropriate product and service recommendations.Drive strategic sales initiatives, participate in account sales programs, and explore new growth opportunities.Manage existing accounts, achieve revenue targets, and collaborate with the sales team to identify and develop opportunities.Maintain excellent customer service relations and activity records using Salesforce CRM.Qualifications:desire & genuine curiosity in our customers’ businesscustomer service, interpersonal communication, and telephone skills.mindset with a drive to meet and exceed revenue targets.to travel within the territory and undertake overnight sales trips as needed.team player with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.good time management skills.energetic, initiative-taking individual able to work within a team environment and possesses the ability to work with minimal supervisionBonus Points:Experience with pipe and cable locating and/or camera inspection.Field experience in underground infrastructure.Mechanical aptitude.Proficiency in computer information systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, or similar systems.Previous sales or customer service experience.
