Manager, Project Management - Calvin Klein

The Manager, Project Management is responsible for the development of project plans for assigned projects. Ensure maximum process efficiency while delivering optimum creative solutions for internal and external partners; provides suggestions for continuous improvement of best practices to ensure maximum utilization of resources.

Responsibilities

Act as primary point of contact for all assigned projectsParticipate in all creative discovery meetings for development of creative brief documentation and project timelinesCreate and distribute integrated project schedules for all marketing initiatives from concept through final asset deliveryLead day-to-day management and optimization of all assigned projectsEnsure project briefs are fully complete before commencement of workGain thorough understanding of CRK team roles in projects and processesEnsure projects meet business requirementsPlan, coordinate and direct discipline teams to ensure briefs are executedPartner with Creative Operations to ensure timely delivery of assets for Gazette and Tool Kit DevelopmentSupport cross-discipline and cross-partner collaborationManage and monitor all process steps by collaborating with task owners to ensure project deadlines are metKeep a current status document of all projectsResolve problems and keep moving towards completionGain strong understanding of brand standards to ensure all project deliverables stay “on brand”Stay up to date with latest industry news and trends to ensure optimizationProvide point of view on best practices and solutions across functions

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years proven and progressive project management experienceBachelor’s degree in business related field or equivalent experienceStrong interpersonal skills; positive, energetic and open mindedStrong work ethic, and relentless commitment to quality and efficiencyExcellent communication, written and verbalConfident and comfortable presentation skillsStrong data/analytics skillsAbility to lead and manage teamsExtraordinary attention to detail and organizational skillsFlexibility to adjust quickly to changes and deliver on tight deadlinesProficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent software packagesPassion for the industry and brandAbility to make decisions quickly, innovate and create new processes when warranted

Pay Range:$85,000 - $105,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
