Responsibilities
Lead company strategy from a financial perspective, collaborating with other divisions to identify and monitor growth opportunitiesCreate financial and analytical models to measure company revenue and growthDevelop data-driven investment strategies, business cases, and evaluation criteria, providing financial and operating metricsEstablish ROI models and OKRs for key strategic initiativesAnalyze revenue opportunities and investment costs through financial modelingAssist in equity and debt fundraising processesSupport Corporate Development in creating detailed acquisition models and tracking synergiesPrepare Board presentations and investor updates on company performanceCollaborate with the leadership team to develop comprehensive business analysis and financial models/metricsEstablish an enterprise strategic finance function to support decision-making with the provision of data-driven insightsManage future M&A integration effortsAutomation of data flows and reporting
Required Experience
Strong executive presenceDeep understanding of financial statements, modeling, analysis and calculating/forecasting Pro Forma EBITDAProven leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and exceptional communication skillsExperience in investment banking and/or PE-backed environments is advantageousFamiliarity with large data sets, complex integrations and SaaS platforms
