We have an excellent opportunity available for skilled RV Techs who are interested in making a change in their career. The ideal candidate will come with 3+ years of experience as an RV Service Technician and general computer literacy.

This position is fully remote, and equipment will be provided. If you’re ready to stop turning wrenches and interested in working from the comfort of your home, this position is for you!

Compensation starts between $25hr-$28hr*

Essential Job Functions

Answer in-coming calls from Good Sam Elite Members and assist with questions about RV accessories and how to handle RV disablement situationsConnect Elite Members with RV Repair facilities when necessary for repairs that cannot be corrected over the phoneConnect Elite Members with Roadside Assistance when necessary for RV disablement situationsProvide Elite Members with technical information, diagrams, instructions by text or emailPerform member follow-up to ensure technical issues(s) are resolved

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent preferredMinimum 3 years of RV Service Technician experienceRVIA certification preferredEffective communication skills requiredMust have a customer-focused mentalityBasic Computer skillsGood organizational and follow-up skills requiredPrevious Call Center Experience is a plus
