Camping World/ Gander RV is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Regional Director (F&I). If you are an experienced, self-motivated RV Finance professional with superior training, customer service, and leadership skills we want you on our team! The ideal candidate is someone who has a proven track record of superior F&I performance, the ability to hit the ground running and is very motivated to learn. In addition, we are looking for strong business acumen, knows and understands FI compliance requirements, a sales aptitude, and someone who is self-directed by nature.

Essential Job Functions of the F&I Manager are as follows

Responsible for training and coaching Dealership Finance Managers to peak performanceKnows and can train all aspects of Finance complianceAssists dealerships in getting finance contracts approved and fundedKnows the lender programs and can assist in placement of contracts while maximizing F&I PVRKnows our F&I products and can train the features and benefitsAssists training the sales desk in structuring dealsKnows and can instruct all F&I office process and flow of contractsManages contracts in transit with dealerships and assists in ensuring funding with communication with Finance ManagersTracks and monitors F&I PVR, product penetration and lender penetration goalsParticipates weekly in Division/Mkt Manager meetings regarding F&I training and issuesCan assists in sales staff trainingAdhere to all company policies and procedures

Essential Job Skills

Bachelor's Degree preferred3-5 years of successful performance in the Finance OfficeDeep understanding regarding knowledge in Finance and Insurance productsMenu selling experience and understanding is requiredBusiness management experience in the automobile industry is a plusEffective oral and written skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.Strong Closing skills are necessaryExpected hours 8am-6pmStrong organizational skills.Must be able to travel when it's safe to travelValid driver's licenseWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
