Responsibilities:and reconcile payments in Oracle for new hires, terminations, leave of absence, and other payments that require pro-ration of salaries for the U.S. and Canadagarnishments, tax updates, parking, and transit deductionspayroll entries prior to transmission and validate entries using Oracle and ADP output reportswith cross-functional teams (Compensation, HR, and Finance) on payroll inputs/reconciliationsto process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of payroll outcomesto inquiries from employees via the Payroll mailboxwith Accounting and Treasury to ensure accurate and timely funding and general ledger (Costing) hand off for semi-monthly and off-cycle payrollswith Third Party Vendors such as ADP, Kyriba, Oracle, and PCS for payroll related mattersinputs to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that track the timeliness and accuracy of payroll outputs to measure internal performance and improve departmental efficienciesin cross-training exercisesaudit

Hybrid Working - We are currently operating a hybrid model for our shared services employees (including this role). We anticipate continuing these arrangements for the foreseeable future with periodic review. Hybrid for Cantor Fitzgerald & its affiliates across the working week, means three days office based and two days remote.

Salary: $65,000 Min - $ 71,000 Max

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $71,000.The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
