Role : Elastic Stack EngineerLocation: Charlotte, NCHiring Mode: Fulltime Job Description:We are looking for a Senior Engineer specialized in Platform Support to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of our infrastructureThe ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Elastic Stack technologies with a solid understanding of CI CD pipelinesThis role requires the ability to troubleshoot complex issues implement scalable solutions and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to deliver high quality services.Responsibilities.Provide advanced support for the company s platform infrastructure focusing on Elastic Stack components.Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to ensure high availability and reliability.Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams to design and optimize CI CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.Automate repetitive tasks and processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity.Conduct regular performance assessments identify areas for improvement and implement optimizations.Participate in on call rotation to provide timely resolution of critical incidents.Document processes configurations and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in platform support technologies.Exposure to Ansible.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in platform support or related roles.Proficiency in Elastic Stack technologies Elasticsearch Logstash Kibana with hands on experience in deployment configuration and optimization.Strong understanding of CI CD concepts and experience with popular tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI or CircleCIExperience with containerization technologies Docker Kubernetes and orchestration tools.Proficient in scripting languages like Python Bash or PowerShell for automation tasks.Solid understanding of networking security principles and system monitoring tools.
