📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Title: Java Tech LeadLocation: Malvern PAType: Full Time ( No Sub contractor)
Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of Java developers encouraging a collaborative and high performing environment.Architect and design scalable secure and maintainable Java applications.Deep dive into sophisticated technical challenges providing solutions through excellent analytical skills Understand and reverse engineer the legacy applications to design modernized cloud native solutions.Develop and implement technical roadmaps aligned with business goals.Supervise code reviews ensuring consistency to coding standards and best practices.Collaborate with stakeholder’s product managers designers etc. to understand requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.Optimally communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Java AWS and related technologies.Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Qualifications:Minimum 8 years of experience as a software developer with a strong focus on Java development and 5 years of experience directing a team.Extensive experience in designing and building scalable secure and maintainable Java applications.Proven experience with AWS cloud services e g ECS S3 Lambda DynamoDB modeling and implementation Cloud watch Step Functions etc.Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.Proven experience and understanding of concepts in Investment banking domain- good to have .Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Leadership experience and the ability to mentor and empower a team.Passion for learning and staying up to date with the latest technologies and business.
