Capital One Card Partnerships is looking for an experienced Product Manager to help bring to life best in class card application experiences and capabilities for our cobrand and private label partner card programs.

Excellence in this role will involve deeply immersing yourself in several exciting areas:

Partner business: As a B2B2C organization, Card Partnerships faces a diverse set of customer contexts and client problem statements. You’ll need to dive deep into how our partners engage with their customers to effectively integrate card application experiences in a way that meets both customer and business objectives.

Decisioning Platforms: Capital One is on a journey to modernize its acquisitions platforms that support application experiences across US Card. You’ll not only contribute to this agenda to bring platforms to target state, but you’ll need to shape and influence the destination platforms with an eye towards unlocking value for the partnerships business segment.

Cross functional teams: In this role, you’ll partner with a wide array of tech, design, data, credit, and marketing colleagues to deliver results. You’ll also need to build strong working relationships with a vast stakeholder group within the business, platforms, and in many cases, with external counterparts to deliver work integrated across Capital One and partner ecosystems.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving upcoming critical business initiatives from early scoping and discovery through refinement, development, and rollout. You’ll create and maintain a roadmap that integrates perspectives from across key stakeholder and partner groups, aligns teams on key dependencies and risks, and creates visibility on your plan to iteratively add value for the business. You’ll drive the strategy for how to leverage the power of platforms to create the most value for new and existing Partnerships portfolios.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience At least 3 years of product management experience or at least 3 years of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering MBA or Master’s degree 2+ years of experience in Agile product management
