Job Description:Work directly with the CEO to assist in managing the Tenant business at Capricorn. Work on business development to expand the company's already robust Tenant pipeline and work directly with national and international retailers on site selection, Lease negotiations, and portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities:● Canvass Local, Regional, National & Int’l Tenant Prospects (In Person and via Cold Calls)● Update Internal Database (Ownership entities, tenants, comps, etc)● Research Market and Retail Trends to Facilitate the most Up-to-Date and Relevant Outreach● Implement Marketing Campaigns for Clients alongside Marketing Dept.● Scout Prospective Locations for Retailer / Tenant Clientele● Prepare and Lead Market Tours for Retailer / Tenant Clientele● Draft Letters of Intent and Assist in Negotiating Leases and Lease Renewals● Prepare Detailed Leasing / Activity Reports● Promote New Business Development and Follow Up on Leads● Organize Team Events and Meetings● Provide Basic Administrative Support● Schedule Meetings with Prospective Retailer / Tenant Clientele● Create Content for and Manage Social Media Across all Platforms● Become an Active Member in Various Real Estate Organizations● Attend Industry Networking Events, Panels and Conventions

Requirements● Excellent Oral / Written / Communication Skills● High Level of Attention to Detail and Time Management Skills● Strong Negotiating Capabilities● Highly Organized with the Ability to Meet Deadlines● Strategic Capabilities● Excellent Analytic & Reading Ability● Strong Computer Skills (Knowledge of MS Excel, Wod, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook)● Previous Leadership Roles / Background● Must have 1 year work experience post college● A degree is business, finance, or real estate is a plus, but not a requirement
