Product Line Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Product Line Manager to lead a portfolio of Telemetry Products!

Using your deep understanding of the aerospace flight test and monitoring technologies markets, and customers you will translate this knowledge into actional plans and initiatives.This is a tremendous opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Telemetry Products, developing, and executing product strategies that drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

The Product Line Manager will manage all aspects of $10-20M product portfolio, including customer interface and meetings, proposal support, product roadmap and new product definition, support strategic planning and generate estimates for future revenues, investments, and meet metrics for Return-On-Investment (ROI) and Return-On-Sales (ROS).

Your Challenge

Achieve an 8% Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) for the Telemetry Product line over the next five (5) years, while meeting the company’s return-on-investment (ROI), return-on-sales (ROS), and operational income (OI) metrics.Collaborate with business development, sales, marketing support, engineering, and external partners to ensure that product bookings and customer-funded non-recurring-engineering (NRE) align with company targets, supporting product development and maintenance. Additionally, ensure customer satisfaction metrics are consistently met.Define the vision and roadmap for the product line to ensure alignment with the company's overall strategy and objectives. Secure Internal Research and Development (IRAD) funds by conducting detailed market research and analyzing necessary investments and ROI for specific product features.Develop product features and define requirements for engineering to ensure that developed products meet market demands, time-to-market (TTM) goals, and design-to-cost (DTC) objectives.Create marketing materials such as product datasheets, brochures, and white papers illustrating use cases. Establish yourself as a thought leader in the Telemetry industry by presenting and publishing at major telemetry conferences.Collaborate with domestic and international government, research, and commercial entities to develop and implement standards in telemetry products.Oversee beta and pilot programs for early-stage products and samples. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions at customer sites and major telemetry conferences.Travel may be required, up to 20%.

What You Bring:Bachelor of Science in Electrical (RF) Engineering or equivalent.10-12 years of experience in a similar role.Strongly desired experience in the Flight Test Instrumentation industry.U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain security clearance.

Preferred:Experience with Operations (Pivotal) software and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.Desired TS/SCI-level clearance.
