Data Analyst

By embodying these values, we strive to create a positive and lasting impact in the world of caregiver support.Summary: As a Data Analyst, you will be critical in providing intelligence and decision support to Carallel’s business. You will be responsible for developing and managing reports and exports based on business needs, analyzing trends and patterns, and providing insights across the Carallel organization.

Responsibilities:Collaborate with product, service line, and customer success teams to create insightful reports and exports that support business needs.Develop, test, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data exports using the Domo BI system.Analyze reports for trends and communicate findings to stakeholders.Recommend improvements and new report formats and visualizations.Validate reports against source data.Create and maintain data dictionaries and report documentation.Assist with other data-related projects as required.

Requirements:B.S. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.3+ years of experience with BI tools (e.g., Domo, Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Zoho).3+ years of experience creating reports, visualizations, dashboards, and exports.Proficiency in processing data using Excel or Google Sheets.Understanding of data analysis best practices.Exceptional attention to detail. Preferred:Experience with the Domo Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence system.Experience with healthcare-related or digital health applications.
