Job DescriptionGather and document pertinent information for arc flash hazard analysesConduct short circuit analysesConduct electrical coordination studiesConduct electrical auto coordination studiesConduct arc flash hazard analyses utilizing Easy Power softwareDevelop one-line electrical diagramsDeliver arc flash trainingDevelop machine specific lockout tagout proceduresDeliver lockout tagout affected employee and authorized employee trainingDevelop Electrical Safe Work Practices ManualsDevelop client relationships.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.7+ years of plant-level experience in Electrical Engineering with electrical systems in various industries.Experience in the design, operation, and maintenance of 120-600 volt electrical distribution systems.Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of advanced control systems (DCS, PLC, LCI, VFD).Understanding of industry-specific standards such as IEC/NEC and NEMA standards, including arc flash.Understanding of one-line diagrams, schematics, logic drawings, engineering documents, and technical and reference materials required.Strong report writing and verbal communication skills.Professional Engineering License or ability to obtain licensing required.

Salary: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
