What Inventory Management contributes to Cardinal Health Inventory Management is accountable for the design and execution of demand planning and customer forecasting systems, supply planning, product deployment and expediting processes, and the development and implementation of a stocking optimization model to minimize costs and inventory while delivering on service requirements.Responsibilities:Will coordinate all facets of QIC Functionality, this will include:Completion of SOX Reporting requirementsParticipation in QA EventsReporting and resolution of Inbound and Outbound DiscrepancyProcessing of customer returnsError resolutionCycle Count ComplianceWarehouse Area maintenance (Out of Area, Out of Zone, 123 Report, Multi-SKU, etc.)Profiling assistance and Service IssuesQualifications:Excellent interpersonal, organizational and follow up skills4+ years experience preferredProficient in Microsoft officeGood written communication skillsMust be willing to travel as neededWhat is expected of you and others at this level:Applies extensive knowledge and company policies to complete a wide range of assignmentsDemonstrates expert understanding of all levels of the job family and has thorough knowledge of jobs outside area of responsibilityTakes the lead in effectively applying new processes and skills in accomplishing assignmentsMay provide technical guidance and training to othersMaintains appropriate licenses, training and certificationsWorks on complex problems that require independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issueMakes recommendation for new or revised processes and has a role on the implementationAdheres to all quality guidelinesWorks with minimal degree of supervision.
