Machine Operator I - 3rd shift

Shift Details: Monday-Friday 12:00am – 8:00am. *Required Overtime will be mandatory. Up to 4 hours daily depending on company needs. May set up machining machines and make adjustments, and perform maintenance on machines. Checks work using prescribed gauges, jigs and fixtures to measure close tolerances. Some machines may be numerically controlled. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.Responsibilities Perform a variety of tasks ranging from operating machine tools and automation equipment.Loading machines (Boxes, pampers, wipes into the machine) and packaging product.Setting up machines, adjustments, and minor maintenance on machines.Conduct quality inspections, as well as quality and processing audits.Perform repackage/rework when necessary.Retrieve finished product from the machine and pack it into pre-formed cases.Receive filled unsealed cases of product from the pack off, seal and stack the cases and send them to the warehouse.Complete necessary production and quality paperwork as required.Perform pre-operational check of automatic case sealing machine and bagger.Prepare for next shift by ensuring sufficient supplies are present, area and trash containers are clean, Marsh printer is reset, and rework is complete.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED preferred1-3 years related work experience and/or training preferredWhat is expected of you and others at this levelApplies basic skills and techniques to complete routine tasks within assigned area.Maintains appropriate licenses, training, and certifications.Works on basic and routine assignments.Works within clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures and/or scientific methods.Adheres to all quality guidelines.Works under close supervision.All work is reviewed for accuracy.Any deviations from the norm are approved by the supervisor before proceeding.Please follow this link for a short video walking you through our facility:Greenwood, SC Manufacturing and Distribution of Inco Products - YouTube""Candidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply.
