Title: Sr Project Manager – Manufacturing Initiatives What Project Management contributes to Cardinal HealthAs part of Cardinal Health Corporate Engineering team, the Project Manager is responsible for leading corporate projects, supporting the introduction and transfer of Cardinal Health Products and processes within the Cardinal Health manufacturing network. The Project Manager will work as a team member with the Quality, R&D, Sustaining Engineering, Procurement, Marketing and Regulatory organization to ensure the successful execution and ongoing production of finished Medical Devices at our internal Cardinal Health facilities and our Contract Manufacturers Applicant must demonstrate the ability to deliver quality, innovative, cost-effective and timely solutions in a multiple project environment.ResponsibilitiesLead and support new manufacturing process introductionsLead and support process transfersSupport of strategic sourcing initiativesDevelop detailed project plans and schedule; review schedule and progress with appropriate stakeholders; revise project timelines if necessary.Support Core Team Meetings to ensure the project is on-track, that all Core Team Members are aware of current and upcoming deadlines, and identifies and addresses any emerging issues. Responsible for ensuring that all Core Team Members are involved in key decisions and buy-in to the decision going forward.Negotiate with business partners through the decision making process and influence the outcome.
