Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between customers, technicians, and staff on technical issues regarding products and servicesTrains employees to ensure work is performed in accordance with company practices, processes, workmanship, safety practices, and efficiencyAssists Service Manager in 1:1's and weekly ride alongsEducates on technical questions and troubleshoot customer concerns, ensuring highest levels of satisfactionProvides ongoing feedback of team to Service Manager
