Role: Technical writerLocation: Onsite up to 3 days per week to work in Wayne, PA, 19087Duration: 3+ Months (Contract) **Job Description:**Technical writer will be working in a staff augmentation capacity to assist the customer with documenting their IT technical processes.Technical writer will be interfacing with the customer and their third-party vendors such as Dell Technologies, Microsoft, and others.Technical writing on IT experience is not necessary, but preferred. Ideally, technical writer will have familiarity with IT end user computer technologies. These can be any technologies that touch end user technology projects such as Microsoft Office 365, SCCM/Intune, Azure Active Directory, Windows Upgrades / Imaging, etc. It’s a bonus if the technical writer has Microsoft Intune or PC device enrollment process experience since that would be the primary IT process needing documentation.
