Direct Marketing Specialist

Job Description:As a Direct Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for developing, tracking and optimizing assigned marketing campaigns across all digital platforms. In this role, you will work with the marketing team, web developers, graphic designers and vendors to launch campaigns and measure its success.

This is full-time onsite Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm in Aventura, FL - No remote options

Responsibilities:Develop and implement innovative direct marketing strategies to reach target audiences and drive engagementCreate compelling marketing content across various channels, including email, social media, and direct mail, to promote our products and servicesAnalyze campaign performance metrics and customer feedback to optimize strategies and improve ROICollaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and analytics, to ensure alignment and consistency in messagingStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our marketing efforts

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldProven experience in direct marketing, with a strong understanding of campaign development and executionExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing copy and messagingAnalytical mindset, comfortable with data analysis and interpretation to drive informed decision-makingCreativity and attention to detail, with a passion for innovation and finding new ways to captivate audiencesAbility to thrive in a collaborative team environment while also working independently to meet deadlinesMiami, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
