Graphic Designer

Job Description:The Graphic Designer will create graphics for social media, web, presentations, ad campaigns,e-commerce, and any additional designs as requested. A successful candidate will have experience working on the Adobe Suite. Additional experience and skills in the following: After Effects, Media Encoder, Premiere Pro, and/or Blender are a plus. Requires ability to create in a fast-pacedenvironment with flexibility to adapt to new styles, design challenges, and technology, as well as a thorough understanding of layout, typography, color, and principles of design. *Portfolio showing experience with design and past work/projects is required.

This is full-time onsite Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm in Aventura, FL - No remote options

Responsibilities:● Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials● Creates well-designed layouts for print material● Generates ideas and concepts for new campaigns● Must be able to create high-quality content with quick turnarounds.● Design cutting-edge graphics using Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator to bring ourbrand to life● Plans concepts by studying information and materials● Effectively tell stories to elevate brand narrative through designs● Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement,size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts● Prepares finished copy and designs for the purpose of typesetting, printing, and similarprojects● Creates engaging and relevant digital designs in the correct format and sizing● Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and designs● Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.● Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professionalpublications, and participating in professional societies● Responsible for coordination of design requests, assets, and server organization.

Requirements:● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related (Printing, Layout Design, Marketing,Animation, or equivalent work experience)● Willingness to learn and grow in new software and methods.● 2+ years of professional experience in design, industrial design, animation, videoediting, interior design, or equivalent experience● Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, andInDesign● Experience with technologies and best practices for web design, web production, print,and creative design across multiple platforms● Relevant experience in understanding a target audience and how to create uniquemarketing designs to capture their attention● Understanding of marketing strategy and how to utilize design skills to communicateproduct sources and branding.● Ability to critically evaluate, duplicate, and operate on information provided on designrequests.● Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work in fast-paced, demanding work environments
