📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our client, a leader in the beauty industry, is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team. This will be a fully remote six month contract role. In this role you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies and helping to drive sales growth and client retention. An ideal candidate will have prior experience in email and mobile marketing campaigns and be an excellent communicator.
- Please note that this is a six month fully remote contract role, pay will be $ 72/HR*
Responsibilities: Manage email & mobile (app push, SMS) campaigns end-to-end including requesting campaign assets, segmentation & subject line strategies, handoff, QA and reportingAssist broadcast email & mobile team with ad hoc requests to support ongoing operationsInterpret past campaign performance, local insights, and channel best practices to inform future strategic campaign planning and socialize results across teamsMaintain strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams includingEnsure priorities are met, while also adhering to channel best practices to drive optimal sales and engagementSupport flawless operational execution for email and mobile channelsHelp proof, test, and QA – ensure linking strategies and content are accurate and error-free across desktop and mobile platformsHelp identify and troubleshoot issues, working with the appropriate partners to resolveDeliver the best client experience and wear your client centric hat
Qualifications: 2-4+ years of relevant experience in email + mobile messaging or digital marketing, retail preferredOrganizational skills (you can juggle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment)Superb attention to detail you execute projects with a high level of accuracyFamiliarity with email or mobile messaging deployment platforms (such as Epsilon, Braze, MailChimp, or others)Understanding of email campaign segmentation strategies and analyticsFlexible (you calmly problem-solve with a nimble attitude in an environment with many changes and roadblocks)You are a self-starter with a high degree of motivationStrong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across many diverse teams
