📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Leading Entertainment Company based in Los Gatos is seeking a Receptionist to provide general assistance to visitors and employees, act as the first point of contact for all guests and candidates and deliver first class customer service! $25/h
Responsibilities:Provide an exceptional lobby experience for all visitors, guests, and candidatesCoordinate with employees for guest and candidate arrivalTrack and complete employee’s requests coming from multiple channels (HelpDesk ticketing system, Slack channels, virtual reception, email distribution lists and front desks walk ups)Make sure Support desk and lobbies are tidy and stocked with suppliesManage distribution of access badges for all new / current employeesPerform administrative tasks or participate in special projects as needed
Requirements:1-2 years of administrative support or customer service experienceTeam player personality and flexible approach to different situationsOrganized and detailed orientedAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentProactive and resourcefulExperience with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, etc) is preferred
