Are you skilled at listening to a client's career story, identifying their unique strengths, and aligning them with their target job role? Can you help clients create a career strategy to pivot their careers or land their ideal next job? Career Studios is seeking a talented career strategist to join our remote team. As a career strategist, you'll play a crucial role in strengthening our clients' career strategies by identifying their strengths, conducting target role research, and collaborating with a 360 career services team to ensure all services are aligned with the client's career strategy.

ABOUT YOUWe're looking for a career strategist who can create career strategies that not only showcase our clients' skills and experiences but also tell their career story in a way that resonates with employers. You should have a general understanding of various industries and job markets, as well as the ability to tailor strategies to specific roles and companies.
DAY IN THE LIFEThe Career Strategist learns about the client's target role and performs initial research to determine a career tool strategy. The strategist joins the career design team (resume and LinkedIn designers) on a 30-minute career discovery call with the client to ask questions that reveal an underlying strengths-based story. After the call, the strategist ensures that all tools created align with the client's strategy.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR1. Conduct initial research on the client's career goals/target role2. Joining and collaborating on client (discovery) intake calls – asking a series of key question
ABOUT THE ROLECompensation: $60/client 3-5 Clients per week100% Remote with availability Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm EST
