Production Manager

We are looking for someone to join the family here. Someone who can manage all aspects of production in our USDA and FDA inspected, SQF certified, processing plant. Established in 1998, we are classified by the USDA as a "small" plant with approximately 20 employees. Duties will include but may not be limited to:

Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and organizational goals. Raw Material Management: Monitor Raw material and ingredient levels and reorder as needed . Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet production targets within budgetary constraints.Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet required standards and specifications. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and address any issues promptly.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate production teams to achieve performance targets and maintain a positive work environment. Provide training, guidance, and support to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to create a secure work environment and ensure all employees adhere to safety guidelines.
