Hours
The Director of Marketing is responsible for, census management and referral development. Oversees the coordination of inquires, admissions, sales calls, public relations, community events, correspondence and communication with customers. Responsibilities can also include, but are not limited to:
Creates and implements quarterly marketing/growth plan, including social media and other inbound marketing, community events and programs. Provides overall marketing training and expertise to personnel to achieve increase in referral sources and better conversion rates from referral to patient. Educates Agency staff on the marketing component of their job. Directs the completion of a minimum of 4 external sales calls per day with new and existing referrals sources. Evaluates referral and admission records and analyzes results for trends on referral, admission an conversion actitivity. In concert with Executive Director, provides feedback and performs customer problem resolution. Collaborates with Executive Director to train and orients new marketing hires. Serves on community boards/associations (i.e., Chamber of Commerce).
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or other related field
Professional Experience
3-5 years experience in Sales and marketing and/or related healthcare field background
