Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:Utilize your expertise in finance to contribute to special projects, such as M&A due diligence, strategic initiatives, facility startups, joint ventures, and long-term supply negotiations.Support month-end financial reporting, including budget preparation, forecasts, and quarterly board packages.Compile and analyze forecast and plan inputs, including standard costs, raw material costs, and pricing strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate inputs, drive consensus, and analyze variances to ensure accurate forecasting and planning oversight.Leverage IT solutions to enhance finance processes and drive value across the organization.Monitor and analyze macroeconomic trends, competitor/peer/customer earnings, and company risk factors to inform strategic decision-making.Perform complex analytics and modeling, such as profitability optimization, scenario analysis, capital expenditure business cases, contract structuring, and product line innovation.Assist in the annual long-range strategic planning process, including compilation, reporting, and analysis.Contribute to the assessment of potential business opportunities, develop business cases, and support transaction execution.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting, investment banking, M&A, or a manufacturing company.Results-oriented self-starter with strong adaptability and teamwork skills.Demonstrated analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
