Attorney - Associate/Estate Planning

Position Overview: We are looking for an Estate Planning Associate Attorney – (0-3 years’ experience) – to join our Fredericksburg office. This role offers the opportunity for newly graduated Associates to work alongside experienced attorneys, receiving comprehensive training and mentorship to develop the skills necessary for a successful career in trust and estate law.

Responsibilities:Collaborate with partner-level attorneys to provide high-quality legal services in trust and estate planning and administration.Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.Work effectively within a team environment, contributing to a positive and supportive workplace culture.Drafting documents and meeting with clients to sign documents.Working toward conducting client seminars and workshops.

Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Bar admission in Virginia.Passion for trust and estate law.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.Self-awareness, motivation, and a desire for personal growth.

Software:MicroSoft office environment (Excel, Outlook, Word).Wealth Docs, drafting software.
