Summary: Carrington College faculty are engaged, accountable, innovative, change ready professionals dedicated to their students and to the College Mission. Carrington College faculty are proficient in all learning modalities applicable to the program in which they teach.
What We Offer: The targeted starting pay range for this position is between $40-50/HR per hour. Our benefit program for part-time colleagues (working at least 20 hours per week) includes paid vacation and state-compliant sick leave. We offer a 401k profit sharing plan with a discretionary match and tuition assistance.

Faculty members are primarily responsible for the teaching and learning process in the classroom. Faculty members facilitate and ensure student learning and mastery of course, program, and institutional learning outcomes as defined in the curriculum and course syllabi. Instructors are supported and supervised by the Academic Dean, Program Director and/or Campus Director.

Qualifications
Do you qualify? Yes, if you have experience in your field! Teaching experience is not required if you are an expert in the field and meet the below qualifications:
CSTHave a minimum total of 2 years of experience, either in the operating room scrub role or as an instructor in surgical technology, or a combination of both, within the past 5 years
