RequirementsPA EIT Preferred2 to 4 years of relevant experienceMust have proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3DLand Development and site design experienceStormwater Management, Grading, Erosion & Sediment Control, and Utility DesignRegulatory Permitting and Zoning approvalsStrong work ethic, excellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detailAbility to work independently and in a team environment
ResponsibilitiesResearch state and local design standardsCoordination with contractors and clientsDevelop site design (grading, erosion control, stormwater management, and utility) plans and studiesAssist with QA/QC design reviewsAssist Project Managers and Project Engineers with a variety of development and site design engineering projects
