📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
This position is located on-site at our Hillsborough, NJ 08844 (105 Raider Blvd) office
Requirements: NJ P.E. Preferred (CME a Plus)E.I.T. Required5+ years of strong relevant experience in land development and site design, including but not limited to sketch plans, ordinance review, site layout, grading, utility design, sewage planning, Green Infrastructure stormwater management design, erosion and sedimentation control and NJDEP permitting.Must have proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (HydroCAD and HEC-RAS a plus).Knowledge of NJDEP Flood Hazard Act Rules and permits, NJDEP Freshwater Wetlands Rules and permits, and regional approvals.Strong work ethic.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.High attention to detail.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Ability to manage and design multiple concurrent projects. Position Description:Oversee and design a wide variety of projects ranging from small to large projects in the multi-use, residential, commercial, educational, etc., categories.Manage and develop site design (from conception through final approval), stormwater management, grading, erosion and sedimentation control, site investigation, researching state and local design standards.Coordination/communication with clients, subcontractors, and contractors.Attend client meetings.
