CarsonLynch is excited to announce that we have been engaged by one of our esteemed clients in Greater Cincinnati to identify a Financial/Business Analyst for a newly created role. This high-profile and high-impact position will involve collaborating with top executives, general managers, and finance experts. Utilizing advanced tools such as Power BI and Tableau, the analyst will be responsible for crafting dashboards, conducting analyses, developing KPIs, and providing insightful forecasting. These initiatives will play a pivotal role in propelling growth and aligning with the organization's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:Perform forecasting, trend analysis, and reporting.Create data models for informed decision-making.Report on sales/operational/financial performance and conduct variance analysis.Collaborate with cross functional and executive leadership teams to ensure accurate reporting.Guide price optimization policies and procedures.Identify trends, recommend actions, and drive process improvements.Develop automated reporting and forecasting tools.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or Economics2+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Business Analysis, or AccountingExperience with PowerBI, Alteryx, Tableau, or other BI and Data Visualization toolsExcellent communications and presentation skills
