CarsonLynch has partnered with a global manufacturer that is HQ'd here in the Cincy Area. This role is newly revamped and they have boosted the responsibilities!
The ideal hire will be someone that can utilize their FP&A skills to tackle a variety of cross-functional projects with the Sales team. This new hire must also be someone that is a dynamic communicator and is looking for long-term career growth. ResponsibilitiesReport directly into the Director of FP&AWork closely with the Sales team to monitor trends, analyze results, identify key metrics, and moreThis role will also be overseeing commission calculationsYou will play a part in integrating newly acquired organizations to the current modelMust be able to help create efficiencies through automation; ideally someone that can transition tasks away from manual processes that currently existAd hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree - Accounting or FinanceCPA/MBA preferred2-4+ years of relevant experience; including prior time spent working alongside a Sales teamProficient in Microsoft Excel, as well as other tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, etc.Strong communication skills
