Salary range for General Labor : $20 / hour (with $1 / hour night shift premium)Schedule : must be available to work night shifts (7pm - 7:15am), with the first two weeks of training on day shift (48/36 hour rotating shifts)Profit sharing planTelemedecine, Group insurance and pension plan with company contributions Employee assistance program (because we care about the physical and mental health of our people)Annual flexible reimbursement program
Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Warrenton, as the General Labor :
Lift move and pack materials as needed for production.Perform production tasks requiring hand movements and standing for 12 hours.Perform other production duties as assigned and instructed by supervisor.Adhere to all safety guidelines.Other duties as assigned.

Must be able to read and understand instructions and possess basic reading skills.Must be able to work efficiently with hands and have stamina and coordination to perform duties for 12-hour shifts.Good communication skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize.Attention to detail.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Prior warehouse experience a plus.Reliable transportation necessary and attendance is critical.
