This role offers the unique opportunity to own and develop our entire digital media strategy. You will be the driving force behind creating a captivating online presence for Case Auctions, ensuring a world-class experience for both consignors and collectors.
What Makes You the Perfect Fit?A passion for art, antiques, and the ability to translate their history and significance into compelling digital narratives.Minimum 5 years of experience in a digital media leadership role, with a proven track record of success.Deep understanding of digital media best practices, including photography management, social media marketing, content creation, SEO, and email marketing.An eye for detail and a working knowledge of photo capture and editing software (e.g. Capture One, Adobe Photoshop). Experience with video production a plus.Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.A desire to push the boundaries and leverage cutting-edge technologies (3D, video, AR, and AI) to create immersive online experiences.
Primary ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of digital media production, including photography, videography, 3-D imaging, and content creation for online platforms, social media, and marketing materials.Develop and implement a comprehensive digital media strategy that aligns with Case Auctions' overall brand vision and marketing goals.Collaborate with other team members to establish best practices as it relates to digital asset management, photography setups, preparation of inventory, and marketing initiatives.Stay current with the latest digital media technologies and trends, identifying and implementing innovative ways to showcase art and antiques.Work closely with curatorial and marketing teams to ensure a consistent brand message and optimal presentation of auction offerings.Establish and maintain key metrics that measure the productivity of the photography discipline as well as the success of digital media campaigns, and make adjustments as needed.
