Overview:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dietitian to join our team. As a Dietitian, you will play a crucial role in assessing patients' nutritional needs and providing appropriate dietary recommendations. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to develop personalized nutrition plans and educate patients on healthy eating habits. If you are passionate about helping others achieve optimal health through nutrition, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:- Conduct patient assessments to determine their nutritional needs and goals- Develop individualized nutrition plans based on patients' medical conditions, dietary restrictions, and personal preferences- Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their nutrition plans- Educate patients on healthy eating habits, portion control, and food choices- Provide guidance on managing chronic conditions through diet, such as diabetes or heart disease- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to ensure coordinated patient care- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate recordsRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field; Master's degree preferred- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification required- Strong knowledge of human physiology and the impact of nutrition on health- Experience in conducting patient assessments and developing personalized nutrition plans- Familiarity with different diet therapies, such as tube feeding or enteral nutrition- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner- Empathy and compassion for patients from diverse backgrounds- Strong organizational skills and attention to detailWe offer competitive compensation packages and opportunities for professional growth.
