Job DescriptionAs a Senior Technical Writer, you will play a key role in writing and maintaining documentation for our users, primarily focusing on PON content displayed in-app. Collaborating with product team members, engineers, and other cross-functional teams, you will ensure the accuracy and clarity of our educational content. You will also have the opportunity to test and research new app features, conduct content audits, and identify user needs using data and feedback.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesWrite and maintain documentation for users, with a focus on PON content displayed in-app.Collaborate with product team members, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of educational content.Test and research Mailchimp’s new app features.Conduct content audits and help maintain existing help content.Identify user needs using data and feedback.
Requirements4+ years experience as an instructional and/or technical writer, copywriter, or related position.Strong editorial background is a plus.Experience with content planning, editorial procedures, and evaluation.Experience prioritizing, starting, and managing projects independently.Experience working within product teams or domains and bringing up concerns in a group setting as needed.Comfortable working with proprietary software or tools.Tools: Wordpress, Content Management System.

EducationBachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field preferred.
