📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Director of Financial Reporting (Consolidation) - key role in both external and internal management reporting and will oversee and support the monthly and quarterly close process. This role will be leading the financial reporting team, including the consolidation of financial information.

Job responsibilities:Prepare financial statements, ensuring completeness and accuracy according to US GAAP requirements and adherence to internal controlsManage and review the monthly consolidation processStrategize for the optimization of consolidation and reporting procedures, including reducing the time to close and report results and finding efficiencies and improvements in the reporting processPerform technical accounting and disclosure research, supervise GAAP developments, assist with adoption of new accounting disclosure rulesAct as a liaison to internal and external auditors during the quarterly review and annual audit processesPerform other duties as requested.
Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting8+ years accounting experience (public and corporate mix)OneStream
