Partner with customers to get a clear view on their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needsDevise and carry out a targeted research strategyCreate and executive legal documents for clients without approval of CB PartnersExercise discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significanceResearch into client’s company, competitors and marketplaceMap role criteria, define position description and document specificationsTrack and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channelsAssess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibilityConduct confidential interviews, follow-up referencesPresent shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summariesOffer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completionProvide a thorough amount of selectivity in matching candidates with client requirements of the job opening anddecide which candidate(s) to submit to the client for consideration.Determine whether a candidate would be a good fit based on knowledge of the client’s personality and intangibleaspects of the candidateFollow up with clients and assist with the candidate’s transition and onboarding processNetwork and build long-lasting client relationshipsKnow your area of expertise (specialized industry or job function)Research and develop recruiting leads
