Position : APM Engineer - Dynatrace Location : MO - Remote Duration : 12 Months with EXT

Responsibilities:Implementation and Configuration: responsible for implementing and configuring Dynatrace’s Application Performance Monitoring (APM) solution across various environments. This includes setting up dashboards, alerts, and reports to monitor application performancePerformance Analysis: analyze application performance data collected by Dynatrace to identify potential issues and areas for improvement. This includes working closely with development teams to optimize application performanceTroubleshooting: use Dynatrace tools to troubleshoot and resolve application performance issues. This may involve working with other IT teams to coordinate issue resolutionTraining and Documentation: provide training to other team members on how to use Dynatrace tools effectively. Create and maintain documentation related to Dynatrace configuration and usageContinuous Improvement: continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the Dynatrace implementation and make recommendations for improvementsCI/CD Pipeline: assist the team in taking ownership of and automating our CI/CD pipeline where possiblConfiguration and Maintenance: support our tool suite including CI/CD toolsets, SonarQube, and JFrog Artifactory

Qualifications:Required:Must currently reside in one of the following states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IL (Saint Louis Metropolitan Area Only), IN, KS, KY, LA, MO, NC, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, or WI

Minimum three years’ experience with Dynatrace in the following areas:Developing custom dashboards, alerts, and reportsProven experience with Dynatrace APM toolsStrong understanding of application performance management conceptsManaging/modifying user permissions via management zonesIdentifying application performance improvement opportunities and creation of corresponding monitoring and alertsMeasuring, analyzing, and reporting license consumption of new and existing configurationsMust be highly collaborative and an excellent communicator both written and verballyProven ability to extrapolate data out of application monitoring tools and present to non-technical resources including leadershipAbility to participate in an on-call rotation and perform night and weekend maintenance as neededExcellent customer service and problem-solving skillsHighly organized and detail oriented with ability to multi-taskMust be willing and able to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and platforms as requiredMust be proficient with Microsoft Office software productsMust have the ability to meet all work from home technical requirementsMust be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
