Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Estimator. Most of our work in in the public sector such as, CPS, CDB public work etc. The Chief Estimator will be responsible for overseeing the estimation process, including conducting detailed cost analysis, preparing estimates and bids, and collaborating with the project team. They will also be responsible for reviewing project plans and specifications, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring accuracy and completeness of estimates. The Chief Estimator will work closely with the project management team to develop competitive pricing strategies and contribute to the overall success of the company.
QualificationsStrong knowledge and experience in construction estimationAbility to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and other technical documentsProficiency in estimating software and toolsExcellent mathematical and analytical skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyEffective communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentProject management experience is a plusBachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred
