The RoleThe Financial Analyst, Products & Technology (P&T) will provide timely, accurate and relevant financial information to senior leadership and departmental management by effectively turning financial data into insightful and actionable business intelligence. You will be deeply involved in the strategy and operations of our P&T organization.

Key Responsibilities

Work with leadership to validate trends and incorporate updated assumptions into the detailed monthly ForecastProvide financial data for P&T as part of the monthly close cyclePerform variance and root cause analysis of monthly results vs. prior year, budget and forecast, as well as month by month trends, etc.Develop efficient and effective operating reports on key drivers of business performanceAnalyze financial data, draw conclusions, and present recommendations to support business decisionsCreate and maintain financial modelsPrepare materials for Operations Review and Board Meetings, working with leadershipAssist in the identification and implementation of process and system improvements

Requirements

B.S. in Business preferred (e.g., Finance, Accounting)CPA or MBA a plus, but not required2-3 years of relevant corporate finance / FP&A experienceUnderstanding of accounting principles and financial theoryExperience with monthly, quarterly and annual close processesExperience with financial modeling and ad hoc analysisStrong Microsoft Office skills, most notably ExcelExperience with Workday HCM/Financials and/or Essbase highly desiredExperience with Power BI a plusStrong interpersonal and written communication skills
