The RoleThe CCC IT Intern provides internal local and remote support for employees and contractors. Candidates should have a mix of technical and customer service skills and be passionate about technology and helping people. Responsibilities include solving basic technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas.
The CCC IT End User Services Intern will work on project-based programs that include rebuilding PC’s and ensuring high software and settings compliance levels, encryption for end users, supporting privilege access management related incidents and supporting end users with the enablement of Multi-Factor Authentication policies.

Handle help desk escalations through tickets, email, or phoneWalk customers through problem solving processEnsure proper recording, documentation, and closure of tasksCreate accounts and configure hardware as part of PC Rebuild and on-boarding processBasic hardware troubleshooting and supportSetup and support of desktop applicationsOther duties may be added and/or assigned as needed
Requirements
Ability to learn and pick up concepts quicklyWindows 10, 11, and Office 365Strong customer service and troubleshooting skillsAbility to communicate technical information, both verbal and written to a wide range of end-usersExperience coursework in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
