Transaction Support Rep (Onsite)

Responsibilities and Functions

• Audit and process title & registration transactions in compliance with state standards. Assist with client communication as needed in regards to errors and late work.
• Perform Quality Control/Audits/Audit DMV paperwork to ensure it is accurate and complete
• Data Entry
• Ability to provide excellent customer service via email, phone, & in person
• Pay attention to detail
• Retain knowledge and/or take notes

Qualifications

• A high level of attention to detail and results driven
• Strong analytical skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service/focus
• Must pass DOJ/FBI background check

Qualifications (Preferred)

• 1 year of title experience
