📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our client is searching for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to target certain markets in UAV and software sales. This exciting opportunity is in the booming drone market and within a rapidly growing team.
Preference is given to candidates with the following
Sales experience in the agriculture industry, public/governmental sectorHunter mentality with direct sales experienceTrack record of year-over-year territory sales growthResults-driven and experienced with consultative selling techniquesUAV experience is a plusDisciplined and focused to effectively cover and grow territoryComfortable selling to all levels of management as well as field personnelWell-developed communication skills both verbal and writtenRequirements: 4-year degree from an accredited college or university, 2+ years of sales experience
Successful candidates will
Develop a deep understanding of your customer's business, workflows, and pain pointsAble to strategically win accounts as well as continue to grow or expand existing accountsBuild and maintain relationships, and identify new opportunities in areas of growth to expand market share across industriesA standout colleague that helps support teammatesFocus on a consultative sales process to ensure the right fit and long-term customer successStrong in prospecting, discovery, objection handling, and closing accountsEngage cross-functional teams to maximize successAbility to provide effective demonstrationsResponsible for forecasting and tracking activity in CRM, keeping management informed in a timely fashion, and identifying new opportunities in existing and net new accounts.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
