Project Architect
Locations: Cleveland or Mentor, Ohio
Overview: CEG is in search of a Licensed Project Architect to enhance our client's capabilities in the Ohio area. Our client is a leader in the industry, known for its comprehensive suite of planning, engineering, and architectural design services. They are renowned for their dedication to excellence and specialize in delivering innovative solutions across various domains including environmental engineering, municipal engineering, land surveying, and architectural design. Role Summary: As a Project Architect, you will lead and manage a diverse range of architectural projects. This role calls for direct client interaction, project team management, and budget oversight to deliver exceptional architectural outputs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of preliminary layouts and detailed design drawings from initial sketches, field data, and architectural inputs.Conduct thorough research and site investigations to inform design decisions.Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.Engage in project cost estimation and provide detailed reports and assessments to clients.Foster long-term client relationships through exceptional service and innovative solution delivery.Manage multiple project priorities efficiently and effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
7 to 15 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.A Professional Degree in Architecture.Active Registration as an Architect (RA).Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; experience with Revit and SketchUp is highly desirable.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.Preferred: LEED Green Associate or LEED AP certification.
