CELINE is looking for Client Advisors to join its Madison Avenue, NYC boutique!
YOUR IMPACT
Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goalsIncorporate product knowledge in the sales process with the result of maximizing sales, units sold per transaction, and the dollar value of each transactionAdhere to all company policiesCapture all relevant customer information for entry in databasePromote store events through email, phone, and personalized notesMaintain and expand a client bookConsistently follow up with any shipping, alteration, or other issues related to clientsAssist in general housekeeping and the maintenance of the store imageSupport shipping and receiving and inventory control as requested
KEYS FOR SUCCESS
Education
Business School, University, or "equivalent experience"Position requires minimum 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury settingComputer literate; learn and use various software packages
Competencies
Candidates with client books strongly preferredDesire to work in a retail setting, with a focus on salesPassion for luxury product with an appreciation for designTech Savvy - ability to learn and utilize various software programsService orientation and customer focusedAbility to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes, evenings, weekends and holidays
Languages: Foreign Languages a plus

The compensation for this position ranges from $18 - $28 hourly. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience. In addition, there is a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
