📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities

Compensation Range: $37 - 42 per hour
We are seeking talented Freelance Digital/HTML5 Banner Ads Designers to join our client's team!
As a freelancer, you will collaborate with the in-house team to design visually stunning and interactive banner ads that effectively communicate our client's messages and engage their target audiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about transforming high-level campaign artwork into captivating digital solutions, thrives in the realm of HTML5 animated ads and possesses a keen eye for detail.
This is a fully remote ongoing contract that is expected to be about 2-5 hours/week with the potential to increase to 15-20 hours/week depending on workload.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with creative team to convert campaign artwork into compelling HTML5 animated ads.Develop storyboards in Photoshop to pitch ideas effectively to clients.Ensure the quality and effectiveness of digital ads by adhering to asset creation guidelines and limitations.Work closely with in-house designers to translate their creative vision into captivating digital animations.Available for rush projects, including nights and weekends, to meet tight deadlines.Utilize project management tools, specifically WorkFront, to streamline workflow and communication.Collaborate with marketing teams and other stakeholders to optimize the quality and impact of digital advertising campaigns.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors3-5 years of experience in campaign design and digital advertising production.Proficiency in producing HTML5 & rich media digital ads.Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.Advanced knowledge of Google Web Designer or equivalent digital ad tools.Familiarity with HTML5/CSS and its application in digital advertising.Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and campaign strategies.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
