Product Designer (Hybrid)
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Location: Plano, Texas-onsite 3 days per week
Job Type: W2 hourly contract, 6+ months
Compensation Range: $55 - 66 per hour
We're looking for a talented Product Designer to join our client's team and contribute to the next generation of their digital offerings!
As a Product Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our client's products from concept to execution. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate user needs into intuitive and engaging experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about user-centric design and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Design and re-design product experiences that delight and engage users.Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.Advocate for the users' perspective in cross-functional discussions.Ideate and prototype to explore innovative design solutions.Diagram product ecosystems and create user flows and wireframes.Develop detailed UI designs aligned with our client's Design System.Present work effectively, linking design decisions to business objectives.
Qualifications
Experience level: ExperiencedMinimum 6 years of experienceBachelor's Degree in a relevant design discipline or equivalent experience.Strong self-direction and ability to execute at a high level of quality.Experience collaborating within design teams and cross-functionally.Advanced skills in Interaction Design and either Visual/UI Design or Information Architecture.Proficiency in User Research, UX Writing, and Prototyping.Ability to consider technical constraints and opportunities in design solutions.Confident presentation skills, comfortable engaging with cross-functional stakeholders.
