Senior Creative Producer

Compensation Range: $48 - 64 per hour

Our client seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Creative Producer to join their dynamic team!

As a Senior Creative Producer, you will play a pivotal role in leading and shaping all aspects of production. From identifying production and creative partners to guiding projects through ideation, pre-production, production, and post-production, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality content across various platforms and placements.

Responsibilities

Lead and scope all aspects of production, including identifying production partners, timing, budgeting, and sourcing deliverables for diverse projects and platforms.Serve as the production lead on assigned projects, managing them from inception to completion.Develop project plans and communications in collaboration with key functional partners.Drive collaboration with project management, including budget tracking, and educating teams about the production process to drive efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional global and regional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across projects.Stay informed about creative and cultural trends relevant to the brand.Partner with legal team to clear rights and obtain necessary release forms and agreements.Negotiate, prepare, and control production budgets, seeking opportunities for process improvements.Collaborate with creative leads to develop new creative approaches aligned with brand aesthetics.Provide clear communication of project statuses and ensure content is uploaded to appropriate locations.

Qualifications

Experience level: ExperiencedEducation: Bachelors8+ years of experience in the photo/art buying industry.Clear understanding of the creative and production process.Background in motion/motion content.Ability to lead talent, creative teams, and crew toward a unified vision.Strong network of creative partners.Commitment to creative excellence and maintaining high standards.Self-motivated and able to operate well under ambiguity.Bias towards action and problem-solving.Strong negotiation skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work well under pressure.Team-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
