📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
About the role
As a Head of Product, you will be helping to develop products and services to support Centaura’s Platform from its nascency as we scale. You will be responsible for defining, planning, and driving forward the execution of new Product Divisions. As an accountable leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams of Scientists, as well as coordinate with teams from Operations, Brand, Marketing, Sales and Business Development through the complete product development cycle.
What you'll do(Role/ Responsibilities): • Play a key role in shaping the product strategy • Own major features from ideation through launch and optimisation • Design and own both the overarching product strategy and the tactical details of new product initiatives and coordinate the product development process • Work closely with Scientific team on defining business opportunities of Centaura's technology, and building and testing new ideas and enhancements using agile product development methods • Develop solutions that balance research with business constraints • Develop business plan, pricing, market positioning, growth and channel strategy to drive product adoption and growth • Present Centaura products value proposition and have strategic discussions about company’s business strategy using a consultative selling approach to drive deals forward • Guide sales and marketing to develop required collaterals (presentations, proposals, case studies, SOWs, etc. ) to support sales conversations with clients
What we’re looking for: • 3-5 years of Product Management experience in Biotech/Pharmaceutical companies delivering intuitive and impactful B2B products, ideally including Bioproduction processing • Experience launching a new product line, or taking a product from 0-1 (entrepreneurial experience a plus) • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in sizable new initiatives and work closely with cross-functional teams • Highly analytical and curious about understanding the business needs and market potential • Strong track record of strategy execution
